Toothache SOS: Bea Oleia Pure Oils to Calm the Ache 🦷🆘

Hey there!

Do you know what's the most painful pain I’ve ever felt as a 30-year-old who hasn’t experienced childbirth? A toothache! They’re the worst! 😩 No shifting your body, no changing positions, nothing helps—just that relentless, throbbing ache. While a dentist visit is the real solution, I found that essential oils can help take the edge off and even support oral health while we wait for that appointment.

What essential oils are good for tooth pain?

Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts packed with compounds that can reduce pain, inflammation, and bacteria. Three of my go-to picks for toothache relief are Lavender, Peppermint, and Frankincense.

How does Lavender help with toothache?

Lavender isn’t just calming, it contains linalool, which has antibacterial and antifungal properties. 🪻 Studies show inhaling lavender can lower stress and reduce the perception of pain, which is perfect for those moments when tooth pain makes everything feel worse.

How to use:

·        Diffuse Bea Oleia Lavender Pure Essential Oil or inhale it directly. 🌬

·        Sip lavender tea to get anti-inflammatory and antibacterial benefits from the inside out.

Can Peppermint soothe a sore tooth?

Peppermint’s menthol is a natural pain reliever, producing a gentle cooling sensation that masks discomfort. It also helps reduce biofilm on teeth, which is why it’s common in toothpaste and mouthwash.

How to use:

·        Soak a peppermint tea bag in warm water and apply it to the painful tooth or gums.

·        Inhale Bea Oleia Peppermint Pure Essential Oil while gently massaging the area externally. 🍃

Why is Frankincense good for dental pain?

Frankincense, from Boswellia tree resin, has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. It helps calm pain by reducing compounds that trigger inflammation. Frankincense also has antibacterial properties, helping fight cavities and gum issues. 👑

How to use:

·        Mix 5 drops of Bea Oleia Frankincense Pure Essential Oil with 1 teaspoon of a carrier oil like olive oil.

·        Soak a cotton ball in the mixture and apply to the sore area for about 10 minutes. Repeat a few times daily.

Are essential oils safe for tooth pain?

High-quality, pure essential oils like Bea Oleia’s Lavender, Peppermint, and Frankincense are key. Do a patch test first, and dilute with Oleia Pure Oil if needed. They are safe but not miracle cures, they can help ease discomfort and support oral health naturally….wthey can’t do is treat the underlying cause of pain, so don’t forget to book a dental appointment! 🥼

Show me your bottle and I’ll show you mine? ’Til next time! 😁
