Post-Holiday Reset: Tips on Bouncing Back 🏃‍♀️✨

Hey there! 🌿

After last time, I decided to add more to the plan---you know the 💚healthier 2025💚 plan? I’ve been drinking my ⚪Oleia Softgels⚪ and I’m wanting to help it more so officially kicking off my health reset this new year, and let me tell you, it’s no easy feat. 😫 After all those holiday feasts, my body’s practically in a coup—craving all the fried, sweet, and salty things it’s gotten used to. I’m feeling heavy, bloated, and, honestly, very, very inflamed. So, I’ve been on the hunt for little steps to get things back on track, and I’m hoping some of these can help anyone else who’s in the same boat. Let’s go for a healthier 2025! 🎉

  1. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate 💧

Start by drinking lots of water to flush out the extra salt, sugar, and, let’s be honest, all the holiday cocktails and sweets. Aim for at least 2 liters a day. Not only does water help with digestion and reduce bloating, but it also keeps our skin glowing—a bonus after all those late nights and Instagram-worthy parties.

      2. Get Moving 🚶‍♀️

After a binge, our body needs a little nudge to get things going. Light exercise like a brisk walk or some yoga can do wonders. And if you’re ready to sweat it out, hit the gym or go for a run. If it’s been a while, post-workout, soothe those sore muscles with ♨️Oleia Warm Mint Oil♨️. It’s comforting, warming and cooling at the same time making the down time for another workout shorter. Wins all around! 😝

    1. Reconnect with Real Food 🥗

It’s time to swap out the cake and chocolate for nutrient-rich food. Fresh veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains. 😋 These will help stabilize our blood sugar and restore lost vitamins. A veggie omelet or some hearty sinigang loaded with vegetables will hit the spot.

    1. Prioritize Rest 😌

Sleep is a powerful ally when recovering from holiday indulgence. It helps regulate our appetite hormones and boosts our mood. I know all of us needs it from the late-night parties and countless get togethers, we wouldn’t miss it for the world of course! But sleep is life, so massage a few drops of that 🪻Oleia Lavender Oil🪻 onto the temples or wrists before bed. Its calming aroma works wonders for relaxing the mind and setting the stage for a good night’s sleep.

    1. Soothe Your Stomach 😮💨

Let’s face it, the holiday binges left us feeling bloated or dealing with a tummy ache. When your digestive system is not having it, like mine is, reach for 🌼Oleia Chamomile Oil🌼. A gentle rub on the abdomen can help ease discomfort and calm digestive woes.

    1. Practice Mindful Eating 🧘‍♀️

The holidays might be over, but the temptation to snack on leftover treats is real. Before diving into another slice of cake, pause and ask yourself: “Am I really hungry, or am I just bored?”. Honestly, with me nowadays, I’m just bored. 🫣 Eating slowly and savoring every bite can help us enjoy your food without overdoing it.

    1. Be Kind to Yourself 🥰

Most importantly, let’s not beat ourselves up for enjoying the holidays. Let’s think of the new year as a reset. Celebrate small victories—like choosing a salad over that last slice of fruitcake—and remind ourselves that balance is the goal. 😊

Sooo, let’s do this for a better 2025? For health and for feeling our best, inside and out. ✨ Let’s take it one step at a time, starting with the little things that make a big difference. With a little help from Oleia and some mindful choices, we’ve got this! 💜

Show me your bottle and I’ll show you mine. ‘Til next time! 👋
